Shipping Policy
We at Glowing Dot Creation take utmost care in shipping your products. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free process, please allow 2–3 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Processing time may take longer during heavy order volumes or unforeseen circumstances.
Dispatch & Processing
- We ship Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and national holidays.
- Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp (if your number is linked to an active WhatsApp account) or SMS/email.
- Customers must provide a valid phone number that can be used by the delivery executive for normal calling.
Delivery Timelines
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days and typically delivered within 7–15 working days, depending on your state and location.
Average delivery times:
- Kerala: 4–6 working days
- Other South Indian states: 7–10 working days
- Central Indian states: 8–10 working days
- North Indian states: 8–10 working days
- Northeast states / Himachal Pradesh / Jammu & Kashmir / Ladakh: 10–12 working days
⚠️ Delivery may take longer due to courier delays, strikes, natural calamities, government actions, or any unforeseen logistic issues. We request customers to place their orders at least two weeks in advance of the desired delivery date.
Remote Locations
If the delivery location is remote or the pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, the order will be shipped via India Post, which may take longer than the above timelines.
Transit Delays
While we always try to dispatch on time, once the parcel is shipped, any delays caused by the courier company are beyond our control. In such cases, we kindly request your patience.
Undelivered Parcels
If the courier marks the order as DELIVERED but the customer has not received it:
- The customer must contact us within 3 days of the “Delivered” status.
- If contacted after 3 days, no support, refund, or reshipment can be provided as courier companies do not accept disputes beyond this timeframe.
- We do not take responsibility for such cases if reported late.
Return to Origin (RTO) Cases
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Refused or unclaimed delivery
- Incorrect/incomplete address
- Invalid or unreachable phone number
- Unsuccessful delivery attempts
➡️ The customer must bear re-shipping charges.
➡️ The order cannot be cancelled or refunded in such cases. Only re-shipment of the same order will be arranged.
Important Note
During busy periods (festivals, holidays, promotional sales), there may be additional delays in both processing and delivery. We request your kind understanding in such situations.
