Refund & Return Policy

At Glowing Dot Creation, we take great care in creating and delivering our children’s books. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Returns/Refunds/Replacement Except for Severe Damage

• Books once sold cannot be returned, refunded, or replaced unless they are severely damaged during shipment.
• A replacement will be considered only in case of major transit damage, provided you share a complete unboxing video from the sealed courier package to the final product check, without cuts or pauses, within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Return Shipment Responsibility

• If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping, all costs, and risks.
• This is to ensure genuine cases and prevent misuse.

3. Book Quality Disclaimer

• All our books go through strict quality checks before shipping.
• Minor printing or binding variations (such as slight color differences, small scuffs, or light bends during transit) do not qualify for refund/replacement.
• We never ship books in unreadable condition.

4. Order Cancellations

• Cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour of placing the order via WhatsApp at 8075813370.
• If approved, refunds will be issued after deducting payment gateway and processing fees (approx. 3% of order value).

5. Undelivered Parcels

• If tracking shows DELIVERED but you have not received the book(s), you must contact us within 3 days of the “DELIVERED” status.
• After 3 days, we cannot take responsibility, as courier companies do not accept disputes beyond this period.
• No refund or reshipment will be made if the issue is reported late.

6. Legal Terms (India-Wide)

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this website or the purchase of books from Glowing Dot Creation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

You agree that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim relating to your use of this website or your purchase.
